Before signing up to My Plan Manager

There’s a few things that need to happen before you can complete the sign up. Please take a look at the relevant section below:

I don’t know if I have Improved Life Choices, what do I do?

Check your NDIS plan to see if it includes financial management (listed as Improved Life Choices or Choice and Control). If it doesn’t, you can ask for this to be included in your plan at an upcoming meeting, or request a review of your NDIS plan by doing the following:

  1. Call the NDIA and let them know you’d like a plan review because you want to be plan managed by My Plan Manager.
  2. Explain that you want more choice and control over the providers you use.
  3. The NDIA will review your request and get in touch once you’ve been approved.
I don’t have Improved Life Choices, what do I do?

If you don’t currently have Improved Life Choices, don’t worry. You can ask for this to be included in your plan at an upcoming meeting, or request a review of your NDIS plan by doing the following:

  1. Call the NDIA and let them know you’d like a plan review because you want to be plan managed by My Plan Manager.
  2. Explain that you want more choice and control over the providers you use.
  3. The NDIA will review your request and get in touch once you’ve been approved.
I’m transferring from another plan manager, what do I do?

If you are transferring from another plan manager during the dates of the current plan, there are some extra steps you need to take first:

  1. Contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to advise them that you want to transfer your plan management to My Plan Manager.
  2. Contact your current plan manager and ask them to cancel their service booking and reduce their available funds to zero.
I’m ready to sign up, what do I do?

If financial management is included in your NDIS plan (listed as Improved Life Choices or Choice and Control) you can quickly and easily register for My Plan Manager online. You’ll need to fill in all your details, then read and accept our Service Agreement.
