You asked and we listened. My Plan Manager’s new and improved mobile app includes SMS login to make sign in simple and more secure, and improved accessibility to help you manage your plan.
New SMS login
Log in with an SMS code sent straight to your phone – no more entering an email address and password! Simply open the app, enter the email address on your account, press ‘Send me the code’ and add the code that’s sent in a text.
Access real-time information about your budget to track spending and maximise your NDIS plan. This includes viewing support categories, support areas, and auto-generated monthly reports. You can also generate your own reports to track spending.
Check the details of past and current claims and see copies of invoices.
Add new supports and start new claims on the go
Choose to be reimbursed for invoices you have paid, or for providers to be paid for their services.

How to get the latest My Plan Manager mobile app
If you don’t have the My Plan Manager app, you can download the latest version from the App Store for iOS (iPhone), or from the Google Play Store for Andriod from Tuesday September 28, 2021.

Updating the app in iOS (iPhone)
Apps that you download from the App Store are automatically updated by default, but if there’s an issue, you can update the app manually.
To manually update the app in iOS (iPhone)
- Open the App Store app
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen
- Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes

Updating the app in Android
For Andriod, unless you have the ‘Auto-update apps’ setting switched on under ‘Settings > Network Preferences’, you will need to update the My Plan Manager apps manually.
To manually update the app in Android
- Open the Google Play app

3. Tap ‘Manage apps & device’
4. Tap ‘Update’ next to the My Plan Manager app.
