My Plan Manager’s Chief Technology Officer named in the CIO50

My Plan Manager's Chief Technology Officer Richard Hilliard

Following on from other recent awards, including the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 and the AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies list 2021, we are thrilled to share that Richard Hilliard, Chief Technology Officer, was named one of the Top 20 Chief Information Officers (CIOs) in Australia in the CIO50, released by CIO Magazine.

Joining us just over a year ago, and coming in at Number 16 against some significant competition, is incredible peer-based recognition of the impact that Richard and the My Plan Manager technology team under his leadership have had on our business. This ultimately means better services we can offer our clients, their supporters, and providers.

Since Richard joined us in September 2020, he and his team have helped our clients by working and delivering on projects that not only assist them with paying their invoices faster, but with accessing information about their budgets – including the upgrade to the client portal, the launch of a provider portal and the overhaul of mobile app.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to use our new client or provider portals or download the mobile app, contact us and we can assist with setting you up and running you through how they work. To find out more about the CIO50, click here.
