For providers: add your business’s COVID-19 response

My Plan Manager is creating a provider register so our community can keep up to date with provider arrangements. Clients will be able to see where there are disruptions, and equally, where services are available.

Using this online tool, you’ll be able to add your business and any changes in your service. You can also add details about what steps you’re taking to protect clients who use your service, and anything else clients need to be aware of.

Remember, if your business is not able to continue providing services, you must inform plan managers and support coordinators and, importantly, your clients.  If you are a registered provider you must inform the NDIS Commission.
