Once you’ve been set up as a user, you can log in to the provider portal through a simple, passwordless log in process – just follow these steps:

  1. Visit the provider portal log in page here
  2. Enter your email address or mobile phone number to receive your single-use log in code
  3. Enter the code in the log in page and you’ll be logged in.

Why no password? Well, not only can passwords be difficult to remember, but they can also easily be guessed by cyber criminals. By removing password log ins, we’ve increased the security of our provider portal and your information.

Each single-use log in code lasts for 15 minutes. If your code expires before you’ve logged in, simply enter your email address or mobile phone number again to generate a new one.
Prepared invoices should be uploaded to the provider portal in JPG or PDF format. If you don’t have JPG or PDF formatted invoices, you can use the e-invoice feature built into the provider portal to create and submit invoices simply by typing in the details.
Yes! You can upload up to 10 invoices at a time, and even for multiple clients.
Yes. If you’ve provided multiple services to a client, you can add each of these to a single invoice using the in-built e-invoice feature. We’ll handle processing of the claim for each service.
