If we share a mutual client, you can access the provider portal by:

  1. Requesting access
  2. Going to the provider portal
  3. Entering your email address or mobile phone number
  4. Waiting for the email or SMS with your single-use code
  5. Entering the code to complete your log in
There are two easy ways providers can submit claims to My Plan Manager โ€“ via the My Plan Manager provider portal or by email.
How to submit a claim
We remain neutral about the providers our clients choose to work with. That means we donโ€™t recommend or refer any NDIS business or sole trader to our clients โ€“ choice and control is theirs!
