My Plan Manager's invoice tracker is a simple and efficient tool to help you check the status of your invoices as they progress from submission to payment.

It not only provides greater visibility of the progress of your invoices, but also saves time by removing the need for you to log in to our provider portal or call us to follow up on claims. Don’t worry, we’ll still contact you if we need your help with an invoice, and you can still get in touch with us too, if you need to.

Status information is usually available 24 hours after you submit a claim.

If we share a mutual client, you can access the provider portal by:

  1. Requesting access
  2. Going to the provider portal
  3. Entering your email address or mobile phone number
  4. Waiting for the email or SMS with your single-use code
  5. Entering the code to complete your log in
There are two easy ways providers can submit claims to My Plan Manager – via the My Plan Manager provider portal or by email.
How to submit a claim
We remain neutral about the providers our clients choose to work with. That means we don’t recommend or refer any NDIS business or sole trader to our clients – choice and control is theirs!
