And the winner is... inclusion!

Each year, people from across the nation gather at the Australian Disability Network Disability Confidence Awards. The occasion is Australia’s premier awards event for disability access and inclusion, recognising those who champion accessibility.
In 2026, My Plan Manager is a finalist in the Disability Confidence Awards. Nominated for the inaugural Inclusive Marketing and Communications Award, our ‘Stay in control’ brand advertising campaign has been shortlisted for its authentic representation of people with disability and the co-design that led to its creation.
Using light, relatable humour, the national campaign features everyday Australians with disability living life – catching up with friends, relaxing, doing their thing – all while using supports and tools provided by My Plan Manager to stay in control of their funding.
Showcasing the simple but powerful role plan management plays in supporting National Disability Insurance Scheme participants to take charge of their funding, the ads were shaped and delivered in close partnership with people with lived experience. From research to concept development, testing to casting, and production to completion, the disability community was consulted at every stage.
That commitment to inclusivity earned us Inclusively Made certification too.
Being named a finalist is an honour in itself, but it also reflects something bigger than a single campaign. The Disability Confidence Awards celebrate organisations that are helping create a more inclusive Australia by challenging assumptions, elevating diverse voices, and ensuring people with disability have a powerful voice in discussions about how they’re represented.
