Kinora - our online community connecting people with disability, their supporters and service providers

If you've ever struggled to navigate the National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS), you're not alone. There's lot of information that can feel overwhelming - and, with half a million participants (each with different needs and abilities), the Scheme covers a broad base. Itโ€™s hard to know what to do to make the most out of a plan without the right advice to guide you through it โ€“ from people who genuinely care.

Thatโ€™s where Kinora comes in.

Kinora is a free online community created by My Plan Manager to help you to access NDIS expertise, get answers to your burning questions, find service providers, and build real, lasting connections with like-minded people who can support you throughout your NDIS journey.

On Kinora you can:

  • tap into free expertise from coaches, and a large number of resources to simplify the Scheme and make your NDIS path clearer and easier;
  • be part of a community of people with disability, their supporters and service providers;
  • unpack important topics like how to set goals to maximise funding, and what kind of spends the Scheme will cover;
  • identify and connect to service providers in your local area and get detailed information about their services.

Kinora empowers people with disability to live their best lives. Through Kinora people can connect with each other in a safe, supportive and inclusive space that's free from judgement and negative behaviour โ€“ because we believe connection is everything.

Kinora was recently recognised in the AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies list as a sector-leading service to the disability community. To find out more about the 2021 AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies list, visit mostinnovative.com.au.
