At My Plan Manager, we’re committed to making our services the best they can be, and the best way to do that is by listening to the people who use them – people like you.
That’s why we have a Client Advisory Group that’s made up of people with lived experience of disability who can share ideas, give feedback, and help guide how we work.

What's the Client Advisory Group?

Our Client Advisory Group has been created to bring lived experience into the planning and development of our business, and the innovation of our products and services.
The group is a small collective of people with disability and their supporters, who safely share what’s working, what could be better, and what would really make a difference day-to-day. This might mean listening to a short presentation or reviewing something we’re developing and providing honest feedback, or it could mean raising your own ideas or areas where you think we could do better. These insights will help inform decisions, shape service design, and guide initiatives.
Our Client Advisory Group isn’t a support group, but a collaborative working group focused on lived experience. We’re looking for real opinions, including what’s not working, so we can build on and improve what we do. All members follow a Code of Conduct and sign a confidentiality agreement, so everyone can feel safe and respected when sharing.

Who can join?
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant and a My Plan Manager client.
- Are a family member, guardian, or NDIS plan nominee of a My Plan Manager client.
- Want to share your ideas and experiences.
- Can join up to four online meetings each year.
You don't need any special skills – just your voice and your opinions.
