You asked and we listened. My Plan Manager’s new and improved mobile app includes SMS login to make sign in simple and more secure, and improved accessibility to help you manage your plan.
If you don’t have the My Plan Manager app, you can download the latest version from the App Store for iOS (iPhone), or from the Google Play Store for Android.
Already have the app? Keep reading for more information.
Apps that you download from the App Store are automatically updated by default, but if there’s an issue, you can update the app manually.
For Andriod, unless you have the ‘Auto-update apps’ setting switched on under ‘Settings > Network Preferences’, you will need to update the My Plan Manager apps manually.
3. Tap ‘Manage apps & device’
4. Tap ‘Update’ next to the My Plan Manager app.
