Signing up to My Plan Manager
Plan management is the most popular way to get the most out of your NDIS plan – without the stress of bills and admin.

Does your plan include Improved Life Choices?
Check your NDIS plan to see if it includes financial management (listed as Improved Life Choices or Choice and Control). If it doesn’t, you need to:
- Call the NDIA planners on 1800 800 110 and let them know you’d like a plan review because you want to be plan managed by My Plan Manager.
- Explain that you want more flexibility and choice and control over the providers you use.
- The NDIA will review your request and get in touch once you’ve been approved.
- Now you can sign up with My Plan Manager!

Transferring from another plan manager
If you are transferring from another plan manager during the dates of the current plan, there are some extra steps you need to take first:
- Contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to advise them that you want to transfer your plan management to My Plan Manager.
- Contact your current plan manager and ask them to cancel their service booking and reduce their available funds to zero.
Are you ready to sign up?
If financial management is included in your NDIS plan (listed as Improved Life Choices or Choice and Control) you can quickly and easily register for My Plan Manager online. You’ll need to fill in all your details, then read and accept our Service Agreement.
It’s really helpful if you can give us a copy of your NDIS Plan so we can make sure your budget allocations are right when we set up your account. See our tips on how to download your NDIS plan from MyGov.
What happens next?
Once you’ve taken all these steps, our Welcome Team will work their magic setting you up. This might take up to a couple of days. When everything is ready, you’ll get two emails – one confirming you’re all set up and another inviting you to log in to our online portal. This means we are ready to start processing invoices. You’ll also get your first invoice SMS alerts – one will be for our one-off set up charge and the other for our first flat rate monthly charge. This will let you know the system is working as it should.
